• We do keep track of the queries that are run on our platform to enable some user-friendly features (eg: shareable URLs). These queries are not linked to any user information.
• We only keep a copy of your raw data while we run our pipelines. However, we retain a copy of your results to deliver them back to you through our UI.
• Please be aware that we may occasionally delete older data from our servers without prior notice or consent. We encourage you to download your results as soon as they are available to avoid any potential loss. Our service is designed to provide reliable results, but we cannot guarantee the retention of data indefinitely.
• While we do take measures to keep your data secure, we recommend that you do not submit extremely sensitive information via the Embed pipelines.
